Who are we?
We’re Mauger, a small but ambitious business based in Christchurch.
Our goal? To become the top provider of heavy vehicle maintenance services in Canterbury. Our team is full of talented folks who love what they do, making sure your heavy vehicles run safely, legally, and efficiently.
We value the perks of being a small, friendly service provider. That means we keep costs down, stay updated with the latest tech, and provide unbeatable customer service. While we’ve worked on trucks, trailers, and earthmoving equipment in the past, we’re now focusing exclusively on trucks and trailers.
Our plan for the future is all about growth. We aim to achieve this through four main strategies: boosting our revenue, increasing our capacity, nurturing our amazing team, and ensuring our customers are delighted with our services.

Thomas Mauger – Director & Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Working for a New Zealand Cat dealership was a peak moment in Thomas’s career. From humble beginnings tinkering as a kid, then working overseas, Thomas went on to win Gough Cat Apprentice Of The Year 2014.
Inspired by his grandfather’s ability as a mechanic and businessman, Thomas is driven to success by seeing a satisfied customer after completing a job well done.
Thomas’s best work lies within field maintenance, diagnostics and component repair/rebuilds.

If you’re a self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions – we want to hear from you.
